These terms and conditions (together with the information and policies contained in the "Customer Service" pages on the website and any other documents referred in these terms and conditions) ("Terms and Conditions") set out the legal terms that apply to your use of our website http://www.magic-tailors.com, any of its sub-domains and any other websites operated by us or on our behalf and any mobile device application or desktop application developed by us or on our behalf (together, the "Websites" and “Website” being a reference to any one of them) and the other services that we provide (the "Services").
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before using the Services. Please note that by using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to use the Services and you should leave the Website immediately. If you continue to use the Website or if you order products, we will take this as your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Understanding these Terms and Conditions.
When certain words and phrases are used in these Terms and Conditions, they have specific meanings (these are known as 'defined terms'). You can identify these defined terms because they start with capital letters (even if they are not at the start of a sentence). Where a defined term is used, it has the meaning given to it in the section of the Terms and Conditions where it was defined (you can find these meanings by looking at the sentence where the defined term is included in brackets and speech marks).
When we refer to "we", "us" or "our", we mean Magic Tailors. Where we refer to "you" or "your" we mean you, the person using the Services.
We have used headings to help you understand these Terms and Conditions and to easily locate information. These Terms and Conditions are only available in the English language. We will not file copies of the contracts between us and you relating to our supply of the Services, or between you and the Partners relating to the sale of the products, so we recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your records (but please note that we may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time so please check the Website regularly, and each time you use the Services to order products, to ensure you understand the legal terms which apply at that time).
VALIDITY OF CONTRACT
As soon as the order has been placed by you, Magic Tailors will send out a confirmation email to the email address stated in your customer profile. It is your responsibility to provide a functioning address and check the order confirmation thoroughly for possible errors. It is important that you contact us immediately in case you wish to change or correct any details in your order. Once a custom-made garment has been cut (i.e. production has started), no further changes can be applied. Information about the status of the order is accessible via the customer's account at any time. As soon as the order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing possible tracking links is sent to the customer. Upon the receipt of the goods through the customer, the contract is regarded as concluded.
The garment shown is a visualization only. The final product may vary somewhat in construction and colour. The perception of colours can vary from display to display. Therefore, the images do not reference to an exact colour but have a guiding function only. In order to see and feel the individual fabrics, we recommend ordering fabric samples through our sample kit on the website.
Prices displayed on this website include 23% VAT. The final amount of the order will be displayed in the shopping cart, and no extra charges will apply. The shipment of orders may vary, depending to where the order must be sent. Magic Tailors VAT ID is PT 270735062
The following payment options are available:

• Once the proof is received by email, production is started, sending only happens when the money
• enters the account.
As soon as the order value is paid, the processing of your order will be started. When paying via credit card or other direct payment methods, the order value will be withdrawn instantly.

During the order process you will be informed about the estimated delivery time for your order. This estimate is based on current production queue and the actual time it usually takes to send an order from our tailor shop in Portugal to your address.
The delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as it is only a calculated estimate. We are constantly monitoring production, air freight and final delivery and are always working hard to delivery your order as soon as possible.
Magic Tailors cannot be held responsible for losses, inconveniences, costs or other damages resulting from late deliveries.
When your order is handed over to your local dispatcher you will get an automatic e-mail from us with a tracking link.
Your order progress can be followed by logging in to “my page”.
Magic Tailors custom-made products are always made to the measurements stated by you. If you choose body measurements, the measurements are adjusted according to the fit selected by you (slim/regular trousers).We generally accept a slight variances from the original measurements. We cannot guarantee that a garment in a standard size will have a perfect fit and therefore recommend you use your personal measurements instead. The tailor chooses the best solution for each unique garment. Please note that in some cases visible chalk marks or marks from ironing can be left on the garment which usually disappear without any extra treatment during the first wash. Garments made from different rolls of fabric may differ slightly in shade of colour due to normal variations in the dyeing process. Should any other problems occur, please contact us so we can find a solution together.
Although availability may be indicated on magic-tailors.com, we cannot guarantee product availability, products may not be available for immediate delivery.
We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
In the circumstance where your order is unavailable, we will either cancel your order, with a full refund, or we will offer an alternative. We will contact you if this is the case.
Sample Sale and Stockroom Sale preferences are matched whenever possible depending on stock levels, otherwise, other available stock is sent as an alternative.
If the measurements or design of the custom-made garment you ordered do not correspond with your order for reasons other than mentioned above, we will offer you a new product free of charge by crediting your customer account. Magic Tailors also takes responsibility for the cost of return shipments under the condition that you return the custom-made product in the same box as it was delivered in and send with the cheapest possible shipping method.
Our ambition is to keep our overhead costs at a minimum in order to maintain low and attractive prices to our customers. One implication of this is that we have no customer support by phone. We handle all customer contacts by e-mail and we are committed to reply to all questions within 12 hours Monday to Friday.
Magic Tailors is responsible for the integrity of the personal information given by our customers. Your personal information is only used for internal purposes and neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to third parties.
In case of force majeure the agreement can either be considered as judicially canceled with neither customer nor Magic Tailors being entitled to any compensation or the delivery time(s) can be extended with the currency of the force majeure. Magic Tailors considers force majeure as: war, mobilization, terror acts, blockade stagnation of work, transport obstructions, measures of commercial policy, new or amended legislation, strikes, the non-delivery or non due deliveries of the goods by suppliers to Magic Tailors, natural catastrophes and any circumstances, events and circumstances that are beyond our control.

You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish, redistribute, retransmit, publicly display, publicly perform or create derivative works from the content without first obtaining written permission from Magic Tailors. •The time frames of arrival provided are estimated via our suppliers and please know that these deliveries can be delayed or brought forward from time to time, but ensure that we will do our absolute best to make sure they come on time!
• Products must be returned within 30 days
• All Magic Tailors products are not refundable in cash. If any question occurs, we will do our best to resolve it, or send you a brand new product.
• Sales items can only be redeemed, they are not eligible for a refund.
• Sample sale items are not available for exchange or refund.
• Magic Tailors does not guarantee exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective, contact email@example.com before sending the item back
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items show signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage
• The cost of returning the product to us is covered by Magic Tailors if you do not list any items above.
• No refund for items damaged in shipping, in which case you should file a complaint with the carrier
• We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges
• All refunds are issued for the original payment method
Goods must be returned for exchange within 30 days
• Once we receive your package, it may take up to 14 days to process an exchange
• Additional freight and packaging will be charged if this is the case for exchanges to be shipped back. You will be notified via email in the appropriate payment method.
