WILL I NEED TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES?
Your purchase may be subject to taxes unless your country is exempt from taxation. Many countries require a sales tax return statement at the end of the year for taxable purchases that have not been taxed (including internet purchases) and use tax payment on those purchases.

CAN I RETURN MY CUSTOMISED ITEM?
Due to the nature of customised orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns.
During the order process you will be informed about the estimated delivery time for your order. This estimate is based on current production queue and the actual time it usually takes to send an order from our tailor shop, in Portugal, to your address.
The delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as it is only a calculated estimate. We are constantly monitoring production, air freight and final delivery and are always working hard to delivery your order as soon as possible.
Magic Tailors cannot be held responsible for losses, inconveniences, costs or other damages resulting from late deliveries.
When your order is handed over to your local dispatcher you will get an automatic e-mail from us with a tracking link.
If any unpredicted situation occurs, we will contact the client in order to resolve it.
• We usually process orders within 2 weeks of purchase (Monday through Friday)
• Shipping times may vary due to availability of goods
• Orders aren’t shipped on weekends or holidays
• An e-mail confirmation will be sent when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in your order
We use a number of different shipment methods depending on the contents of your order and the destination. At checkout you will be presented with the options available for you.

• If the package can not be delivered, due to the recipients unavailabity, it can be returned to us. We can resubmit this, but additional posting costs will apply.
• We can not be held liable for items damaged in transportation, in which case you must file a complaint with the carrier. However, we make sure to accommodate the product carefully and conveniently.
• If an item does not arrive, as long as we ship the item and we have the relevant freight proof, we must send a missing parcel form with the carrier before any exchange / refund is offered. In this case, it is the policy of carriers that we expect 14 working days (Portugal) and 20 working days (internationally) before this can be done.
• ATTENTION: Your order may take up to 2 month to be dispatched, once it has been shipped, depending on the delivery option you choose, it may take up to 5 business days for delivery in the Portugal. If it is an International Delivery, it may take up to 20 business days for it to be delivered to you.
